The ideal candidate holds an LISW in good standing, a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, and full licensure. A strong understanding of how mental health and practical barriers affect progress is essential.

Formación

• Active Iowa LISW license in good standing.
• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Full clinical licensure required; temporary/associate/intern licenses not intended for this role.
• Experience in clinical social work, therapy, psychosocial assessment, or care planning is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver remote behavioral health services to clients in your licensed state.
• Conduct care planning considering psychosocial factors, stressors, and client strengths.
• Build rapport through video sessions while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Apply evidence-informed interventions aligned to client goals and readiness.
• Track treatment progress and maintain clinical records after sessions.
• Comply with legal, ethical, and professional standards for virtual care.
• Maintain a private workspace with stable internet and professionalism during remote sessions.
