White Light Digital Marketing is hiring a Link Building Manager to own the off-page SEO discipline. You will lead a remote team of link builders, set monthly targets, and uphold quality across multiple client accounts, including iGaming.

This leadership role requires strategic thinking, decisive direction, and high performance standards. You will develop scalable systems, collaborate with SEO and Content teams, and report progress to leadership while driving improvements in rankings and organic

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a link-building leadership role.
• Strong understanding of backlink strategy and authority metrics.
• Experience managing remote SEO teams.
• Proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and outreach tools.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, structure, and scale a team of freelance link builders.
• Set clear monthly targets and quality benchmarks.
