Responsibilities

• Support software implementation of Veeva Quality solutions.
• Manage customer projects to meet scope and resolve escalations.
• Lead workshops and design prototypes, configurations, and solutions.
• Configure all solutions and mentor team members.
• Travel for key engagements up to 50% (typical 25%).
