Job summary

Veeva is modernizing software for the life sciences industry and seeks a remote, full-time professional to implement Veeva Vault LIMS. You will participate in design and deployment projects, lead workshops, and ensure customer success across the engagement lifecycle.

The role requires 3+ years of LIMS experience, strong customer leadership, and the ability to translate requirements into concrete designs. Expect up to 50% travel, with flexible PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting LIMS systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects at life sciences companies designing and deploying systems
• Configure and implement cloud solutions
• Lead requirements workshops: design, prototype, configuration, and solutions
• Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle
• Travel for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 50% with typical travel around 25%
