Job summary

Veeva is hiring for a remote, full-time role to modernize software for life sciences by implementing Veeva Vault LIMS. The candidate will participate in projects at life sciences companies, design and deploy cloud solutions, and lead requirements workshops.

A strong focus on customer success and stakeholder management is essential. 3+ years of LIMS implementation experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting LIMS systems.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into design solutions.
• Proven leadership and collaboration across customer teams.
• Experience managing stakeholders and complex technical communications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects at life sciences companies designing and deploying systems.
• Configure and implement cloud solutions.
• Lead requirements workshops: design, prototype, configuration, and solutions.
• Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle.
• Travel for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 50%.
