Job summary

Clarkston Consulting is seeking a LIMS Consultant to deliver creative solutions for life sciences, consumer products, and retail clients. You will configure LIMS modules, validate workflows, and develop automation scripts to support end-to-end laboratory processes.

Travel is estimated at 30-50% and you may work from home when not on client sites. A four-year degree in Life Sciences or IT and hands-on LabWare or LabVantage experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on LabWare or LabVantage LIMS experience.
• Experience configuring and validating lab workflows.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP.
• 4-year degree in Life Sciences or IT.

Responsibilities

• Configure LIMS modules to support workflows including assay development and sample management.
• Design, configure, and validate assay workflows in regulated environments.
• Develop and maintain scripts for workflow automation and data transformations.
• Prepare project documentation and demos for clients.
• Collaborate with QA/CSV, IT, and scientists to gather requirements and support validation.
• Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and related procedures.
• Coordinate with a team of LIMS consultants across sites for deployment.
