Job summary

Luna Lux, a leading company in lighting and AV design, is seeking a Systems Specialist. This full-time position offers a compensation range of USD 75,000 to USD 90,000 annually.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive control systems, coordinating with project design leads, and ensuring project deliverables are met. A 3+ years background in control and show design is essential, along with proficiency in drafting tools like Vectorworks or AutoCAD.

Preferred locations include California, Illinois, New York, and Texas.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of architectural blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Ability to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead control design projects and coordinate with design teams.
• Attend project meetings and provide necessary documentation.
• Travel to project sites as required.

Skills

Theater, Film/TV, Theme Park, and/or Museum Design and Specification experience

Expertise in 3D drafting using Vectorworks or AutoCAD

Working knowledge of theatrical control design

Strong understanding of current technology and industry standards

Excellent communication skills

Education

3+ years of experience in control and show design
