The Role

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design & engineer AV or lighting control systems that deliver exceptional performance, efficiency, and longevity.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, and clients to develop fully customized solutions that fit high‑end commercial needs.
• Provide technical guidance to installation teams, ensuring your designs translate into a fully realized system.
• Stay ahead of industry advancements, working with cutting‑edge AV and lighting technologies to continuously elevate our solutions.

Qualifications

Must‑Have Skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills; value great communication between team members, cross‑departmentally, and externally.

For non‑entry level engineering roles

• At least 3–5 years’ experience and a deep understanding in either AV or lighting control system design; ability to design scalable, reliable, and easy‑to‑maintain systems.
• Experience with Crestron, Extron, Q‑Sys, Biamp, Lutron, or similar platforms for AV or lighting controls.

For entry‑level / associate engineering roles

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, audio engineering, or similar; or 1–2 years of experience developing solutions for AV, lighting, or related industries.

Nice‑to‑Have (but not required)

• Industry certifications such as CTS/I/D, Crestron, Q‑Sys Level 1 or 2, Biamp, Lutron, etc.
