Company 3 is seeking a Lighter to translate lighting concepts into shotwork for high-end productions. You will closely collaborate with the CG and Production teams to deliver lighting and lookdev across project timelines.

Ideal candidates have Houdini lighting experience and a strong background in VFX lighting and rendering. You will contribute creative and technical ideas and work on a fast-paced schedule with strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Houdini lighting for VFX productions.
• Experience in lighting and rendering for VFX projects.
• Ability to take direction and adjust plans quickly.
• Ability to communicate creatively and technically.

Responsibilities

• Develop realistic lighting solutions with VFX, CG and Lighting teams.
• Translate 2D concepts into shotwork and manage render settings.
• Debug render issues and ensure efficient frame rendering.
