OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking a part-time contractor to craft domain guidance for turning natural-language requests into interactive Google Sheets apps. You’ll design workflows, write rules, and review AI-generated outputs with a practical, practitioner tone.

You will own scenarios from discovery questions through final app updates, covering fitness, travel planning, events, and pet care. Remote, worldwide, English-speaking role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Google Sheets for building interactive apps.
• Exceptional plain-English writing ability necessary for clear guidance.
• Ability to design natural, user-focused workflows within spreadsheets.
• Experience testing and validating spreadsheet-driven outputs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create domain guidance to help an AI assistant turn requests into interactive Google Sheets apps.
• Write original guidance, rules, edge cases, and discovery parameters in a practitioner voice.
• Design step-by-step questions to uncover missing details and clarify requests.
• Build and verify multi-tab Google Sheets with data, formulas, and validation.
• Test outputs and participate in quality reviews and final sign-offs.
