Job summary

Axiom, a leading provider of on-demand legal talent, seeks experienced Promotional Review lawyers in the United States (Dallas area) with at least 5 years of practice in life sciences. You will serve on promotional review committees advising on HCP and consumer materials.

You will lead MLR reviews to ensure compliance with FDA, FTC and related rules, collaborate with marketing, regulatory affairs and compliance, and help develop internal policies and training programs for promotional activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal practice in life sciences sectors (pharma/biotech/CRO/medical device).
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for product promotions and pricing issues.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Active admission to practice law in your state of primary residence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as legal counsel on promotional review committees for HCP and consumer-facing materials.
• Lead and participate in MLR reviews ensuring compliance with FDA, FTC and related regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing, regulatory affairs and compliance to develop compliant promotional strategies.
• Contribute to internal policies and training programs related to promotional activities.
