Job summary

Axiom seeks experienced Promotional Review lawyers with 5+ years in the life sciences field to advise on promotional materials and regulatory matters. You will serve as legal counsel on promotional review committees and advise on HCP and consumer-facing content.

You will lead MLR reviews to ensure compliance with FDA, FTC and related rules, collaborating with marketing, regulatory affairs, and compliance teams to shape compliant promotional strategies and training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of legal practice advising clients in life sciences.
• Strong regulatory knowledge for promotional activities and pricing, fraud and abuse, Stark and Anti-Kickback.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Active admission to practice law in your state of primary residence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as legal counsel on promotional review committees, advising on HCP and consumer-facing materials.
• Lead and participate in MLR (Medical, Legal & Regulatory) reviews to ensure promotional content complies with FDA, FTC and other applicable regulations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and compliance, to develop compliant and effective promotional strategies.
• Assist in the development and delivery of internal policies and training programs related to promotional activities.
