Job summary

Esko, a Veralto company, seeks a Product Manager, Software for Life Sciences to lead strategy and roadmap for WebCenter for Life Sciences, a mature enterprise SaaS for packaging lifecycle management, artwork and compliance workflows. This remote, US-based role requires Eastern time overlap with Europe and India and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex technical or regulated domains and communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Product management experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS, ideally serving Life Sciences or regulated customers.
• Ability to understand regulated customer workflows and translate needs into strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record launching successful B2B SaaS products in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, business performance and value delivery for WebCenter PLMS for Life Sciences across regions.
• Develop deep understanding of Life Sciences customers, workflows and regulatory requirements; translate insights into product requirements.
• Define and communicate a 12-24 month product vision, strategy and roadmap and secure alignment across teams.
• Partner with Pricing, Product Marketing, Sales and channel teams on packaging, pricing and go-to-market approaches.
• Translate strategy into prioritised outcomes, initiatives and requirements for squads and leads to execute.
• Lead discovery and business case development for new capabilities and investments.
• Drive successful product launches and adoption with relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Support growth through partnerships and ecosystem opportunities.
• Ensure messaging and market-facing content align with product strategy and customer needs.
