Ideal candidates hold a PhD in life sciences with 3–5 years of relevant experience, exceptional written and oral communication, and comfort mentoring others.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to interpret and synthesize preclinical and clinical data.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific information to stakeholders.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate understanding of disease states, competitive landscapes, market dynamics and regulatory pathways (global).
• Conduct desk research and derive meaningful insights.
• Exchange complex medical and scientific information with physicians, scientists and C-suite executives with accuracy and confidence.
• Triangulate across data sources to identify trends and develop defensible takeaways mapped to primary sources.
• Distill data into insights and actionable reports that are client-ready and presented to clients.
• Monitor emerging data to identify impactful events and knowledge gaps; review journals and attend meetings.
• Mentor and develop other team members and think strategically to guide projects.
• Ensure projects are run in a best-in-class manner and adhere to standards.
