Job summary

Omya Group is seeking an Expert Technical Services professional for Life Science Water Treatment in the Americas. The role supports customers and partners with technical implementation, trials, and consulting to drive sales growth across industrial and municipal sectors.

You will lead pilot and full-scale trials, develop customer relationships, and collaborate with sales to commercialize technology while traveling 30–50% across the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years with direct customer-facing technical trials.
• Strong knowledge of water chemistry and wastewater treatment.
• Willing to travel 30–50% across the US and Canada including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to optimize Omya Water & Wastewater Treatment programs.
• Lead pilot and full-scale trials with customers and partners.
• Identify market opportunities and support growth in the region.
• Deliver training to customers and distributors.
• Collaborate with sales to hit targets.
• Represent Omya at industry events.
