This fully remote role offers a 100% commission-based pay structure with flexible 4-day schedules and turnkey support, including lead generation, group health plans, coaching, and travel incentives. Licenses or commitment to obtain are required.

Qualifications

• Life & health insurance license required or commitment to obtain before starting.
• Strong self-management skills suited to remote work.

Responsabilités

• Educate clients through virtual consultations to simplify policies.
• Build digital connections with leads nationwide via video tools.
• Guide clients from initial application to underwriting processes.
• Maintain relationships with policyholders as goals evolve.
