We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to potential clients who have reached out to our agency requesting information. This is a commission-only position, meaning you will be compensated based on the policies you sell.

Both full-time and part-time sales and team management positions are available. Work from anywhere!

Job Details:
Full-Time or Part-Time - Commission ONLY!

This position with the Parker Agency allows you to start part-time and build your income until it matches your current full-time income, then transition to full-time. It is also ideal for those seeking extra monthly income.

Responsibilities:

  • Service inbound leads
  • Schedule appointments from clients who request callbacks
  • Identify and understand client needs to offer appropriate life insurance products
  • Present and explain policy options and provide professional advice
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and close sales
  • Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and regulations

Requirements:

  • Disciplined work ethic and a desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
  • Strong customer service skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Active life insurance license in your selling state(s)

Compensation:

This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential. High-performing agents can earn significant income. We provide training and support to help you succeed.
