Job summary

The Weiner Group Inc. is seeking a Client Benefits Specialist to support individuals and families in selecting life insurance solutions that meet financial protection needs. This remote, performance-based contractor role focuses on client education, service, and policy placement.

You will work with prospective clients, explain coverage options, and guide them through the application process while maintaining ongoing client relationships for continued service and support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build client relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to manage a remote schedule.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients using company-provided systems and marketing tools.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand financial protection goals.
• Educate clients on available life insurance products and coverage options.

• Assist clients through the application and underwriting process.
