AYS Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our remote life insurance sales team as Independent Contractors. This fully remote, phone-based role involves connecting with prospective clients, assessing needs, explaining coverage options, and guiding applicants through the online process.

No prior insurance experience is required and licensing can be obtained after hire. Training and mentorship are provided, with performance-based commissions and no hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Ability to work remotely and manage own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients by phone.
• Conduct life insurance appointments remotely through phone/telesales.
• Ask questions to understand each client's insurance needs, goals, and budget.
• Educate prospective clients about available life insurance products and coverage options.
• Help clients identify coverage based on their individual needs.
• Complete and submit insurance applications electronically.
• Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales and application process.
• Maintain accurate client information.
• Participate in virtual sales, product, and team training.
• Develop strong communication, follow-up, and sales skills.
