Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients by phone
• Conduct life insurance appointments remotely through phone/telesales
• Ask questions to understand clients' needs, goals, and budget
• Educate clients about available life insurance products and coverage options
• Help clients identify coverage based on their needs
• Complete and submit insurance applications electronically
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales and application process
• Maintain accurate client information
• Participate in virtual training and team meetings
