Job summary
Adventure Financial is seeking motivated individuals for remote life insurance sales. You will work with individuals who have requested information, educate them on coverage options, and build lasting client relationships.
The role is commission-based with training, mentorship, and ongoing support. Flexible full-time or part-time schedule, no cold calling, inbound qualified opportunities, and comprehensive training are provided.
Qualifications
- Must be self-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Coachable and willing to learn; comfortable working independently.
- Authorized to work in the United States; reliable home setup (computer, internet, phone).
- Life Insurance License required or willingness to obtain with provided guidance.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients who have requested information.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Educate clients on available life insurance products.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Maintain compliance with carrier guidelines.
