AYS Group is expanding its Dynamic Life Insurance Sales team and seeks licensed life insurance agents or those willing to obtain licensure. The role leverages virtual sales via telesales and Zoom, with sponsor-supported pre-licensing and a fast-track licensing program.

We offer unprecedented compensation, with typical agents starting at 70% and potential to 140% on qualifying progress, plus back-office CRM support and ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed life insurance agent or willing to obtain licensure.
• Background check required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Successful completion of State License Exam if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telesales and Zoom meetings to engage clients.
• Close life insurance policies and build client relationships.
• Utilize provided back-office CRM to manage leads and cases.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to improve performance.
