Job summary

AYS Group, a high-performing insurance team, is expanding and seeking licensed life insurance agents to join. For non-licensed candidates, we offer an accelerated licensing pathway and can sponsor pre-licensing courses.

Sales are conducted virtually via telesales and Zoom, with a compensation model starting at 70% and eligible to advance to 140%, plus back-office CRM support and coaching. This role also offers growth into leadership and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Licensed or willing to obtain life insurance license.
• Pass a background check.
• Minimum age 18.
• Successful completion of State License Exam if not licensed.

Responsibilities

• Sell life insurance via telesales and Zoom.
• Build client relationships and close sales.
• Complete licensing and training programs.
• Maintain CRM records and client follow-ups.
