Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a fully remote sales role. You’ll join a proven system that helped build a $40M/year agency, with performance-based compensation including commissions and bonuses.

The role requires meeting with prospective clients virtually, educating families on life insurance, and maintaining client records. We offer onboarding, training, coaching, and opportunities for advancement. U.S. only.

Responsabilités

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
