Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is seeking life insurance agents for a fully remote, commission-based role with flexible scheduling. Agents can leverage a proven system used by 1,000+ agents nationwide and enjoy performance-based compensation including commissions and bonuses.

You will meet with clients virtually, educate families on product options, and build lasting client relationships while maintaining licenses and pursuing ongoing training and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
