Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a fully remote sales role with industry-leading commissions and a proven system that helped grow a $40M/year agency.

You will meet with clients virtually, educate families on life insurance products, and build lasting relationships while maintaining your own sales pipeline. A state life license is required, and comprehensive onboarding is provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.

• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
