Job summary

Zinnia is seeking an Associate II, Life Sales (Policygenius) to handle inbound leads and guide prospective life insurance customers through the application process from home.

You will join a collaborative, metrics-driven sales team with coaching, selecting a base salary of $45,000-$50,000 and generous upside; benefits include health/dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume dialer-based sales role, bonus points for life insurance sales.
• Active life insurance license required.
• Self-motivated and ambitious with a growth mindset.
• Diverse, collaborative peers and a willingness to learn from others.
• Target-driven with KPI-based incentives.
• Comfortable with Slack, Zoom and Five9 for communication.
• Natural conversationalist with strong client engagement.
• Open to weekend and evening work from home.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers by phone.
• Explain life insurance concepts in clear, relatable terms.
• Guide customers through the application process using a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with sales teammates to resolve client issues.
