Qualifications

• Must obtain or hold a state life insurance license.
• Sales experience is a plus but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with warm leads via phone, Zoom, or other virtual platforms.
• Educate clients on life insurance options tailored to goals and needs.
• Assist clients with application and underwriting process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term relationships.
• Work with mentors to develop sales and leadership skills.
• Build and manage your own sales team as you grow within the organization.
