You will engage with prospects who have requested information about life insurance via phone, text, and Zoom, guiding them through coverage options and the underwriting process while building lasting relationships.

From day one you will be supported by a mentor and a clear promotion path into leadership roles, with paid training and licensing assistance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and empathy for clients
• Self-discipline to manage your day
• Open to feedback and coaching for continuous improvement
• Comfortable using phone, text and Zoom for client conversations
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for calls
• Eligible to work in the United States and willing to obtain a state life insurance license

Responsibilities

• Connect with people who already requested information about life insurance via phone, text, and Zoom
• Listen to clients' goals, ask questions, and recommend appropriate coverage
• Walk clients through the application and underwriting process
• Follow up consistently and build long-term client relationships
• Work closely with a mentor who guides you to win
• Grow into team lead and agency management roles as milestones are reached
