Meron Financial Agency in Wichita, KS, is hiring for a life and health insurance sales role. You will speak with warm inbound leads via phone and Zoom to explain options from our 60+ carrier network.

Even if you're not licensed yet, we help you obtain Life & Health licenses during onboarding; licensing is prioritized over initial licensing status. This is a 100% commission role with pay distributed daily and weekly.

Formación

• Must be a U.S. resident.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Willingness to complete Life & Health licensing (or already hold one).
• Licensing not required upfront; we hire people first and licenses second.

Responsabilidades

• You'll be having phone and Zoom conversations with warm inbound leads.
• Explain options across our 60+ carrier network and guide clients toward coverage that fits their needs and budget.
