Qualifications

• Experience running a business or freelancing and being accountable for results.
• Comfortable managing time and outcomes independently.
• State life insurance license, or plan to get licensed before first sale.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline of people who requested life insurance information.
• Set own appointment schedule and hold calls by phone or video.
• Ask discovery questions and walk through suitable options with clients.
• Own each case through underwriting and keep client updated.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Invest time in ongoing training and compliance.
