Job summary

The Gibbons Group is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for a remote, flexible schedule role as a 1099 independent contractor. You will engage with prospective clients, assess needs, and present tailored life insurance solutions, while building lasting relationships.

No base salary; earnings are performance-based, with potential between $85,000 and $145,000 depending on production. Access to leads and training is provided to support success.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients who have requested information.
• Learn about clients' needs and financial priorities.
• Explain available life insurance and living benefit options.
• Present solutions based on each client's individual needs.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Assist clients through the application process.
• Utilize our training and support system.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established requirements.
