As a 1099 independent contractor, you will identify client needs, present solutions, and build relationships through phone, email, and virtual channels. Daily pay and uncapped earnings support your growth.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; training and licensing assistance are available.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently while following training, systems, and processes.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Must be able to obtain a life insurance license (licensing assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to discuss their life insurance needs and coverage options.
• Learn to identify client goals and provide guidance on available life insurance solutions.
• Present information clearly and professionally while answering client questions.
