High-End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managed, and capable of working independently.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently or are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to make sales
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance policies such as final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings. The typical agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. Our goal is to expand our team with more skilled agents.
