High-End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managed, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who need hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies, focusing instead on high-value solutions.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. The typical agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and seek motivated agents to join us.
