High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who can't buy their own leads to make sales
• Agents who need hand-holding at every step
• Cheap agents selling policies for $30-50-70/month
• People who are not coachable and have a giant ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents who don't need motivation and are ready to follow a proven system

Our company has partnered with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products.

We are not traditional life insurance providers selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We do not participate in lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more agents.
