We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. Our ideal agents are confident, effective communicators, and ready to follow proven systems without requiring constant supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate income.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachables with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies (average over $250/month).

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and top-tier carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated agents who want to succeed in this high-end market.
