Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants seeks an experienced Life Insurance product, planning and design expert to advise clients including RIAs, P&C, and Employee Benefit professionals. You will design, implement and analyze effective strategies that align with client goals and risk profiles.

You will be responsible for developing strategies, planning and coordinating efforts, and building awareness and positioning with advisors and clients across our national network.

Qualifications

• Life insurance knowledge is required for client reviews and planning.
• Experience advising RIAs, P&C, and employee benefit professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with financial services.
• Familiarity with insurance software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support external and internal clients.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables.
• Guide strategy and execution in life insurance planning.
• Maintain up-to-date carrier product information.
• Conduct client consultations to assess goals and risk.
• Analyze policies to fit financial plans.
• Provide tailored policy recommendations.
• Assist with applications and policy management.
• Educate clients on annuities and life solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with advisors to integrate solutions.
• Stay current on market trends and product changes.
