You will be paired with a mentor, continuing as you grow into full independent production with ongoing support.

Compensation is 100% commission with daily/weekly pay and uncapped earnings; typical first-year ranges from part-time around $50,000 to full-time $80,000–$300,000+.

Qualifications

• U.S. residency.
• Clean background check.
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and learn fundamentals of life insurance products and the conversational framework.
• Engage with leads provided by the company and progress through coaching and mentorship.
