You’ll be paired with a mentor as you take live calls and grow into full independent production. Compensation is 100% commission, with daily/weekly pay and performance incentives, supporting part-time and full-time paths.

Qualifications

• U.S. residency is required.
• Clean background check is required.
• A Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one — full guidance provided if you're not there yet.

Responsibilities
