Job summary

AYS Group in the United States is seeking licensed life insurance agents to join our growth-focused team. If you're not licensed, our fast-track program will guide you to licensing in weeks, with sponsorship for pre-licensing classes.

Virtual (tele-sales/Zoom) work is available and no cold calling is required. You will work with clients who are interested in our services; some appointments are booked for you and others you must reach out to book appointments with.

Qualifications

• Self-disciplined and driven with a strong work ethic.
• Basic technology skills and willingness to learn new tools.
• Able to be coached, coachable, and compassionate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and guide them through enrollment and licensing as needed.
• Reach out to potential clients to book appointments and close sales.
• Work with leads provided and manage follow-ups to convert interest into policies.
