The Greater BoerneChamber of Commerce is seeking a detail-oriented Life Insurance Case Manager for a remote, work-from-home role. You will support the insurance application and new-business process, ensuring accurate submissions and proper documentation throughout each case.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and prepare life insurance applications.
• Prepare transfer, replacement, and other required forms.
• Submit applications and supporting documents electronically to insurance carriers.
• Review applications and documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Track the progress of pending cases daily.
• Follow up on outstanding requirements and documentation.
• Communicate with insurance carriers, agents, and team members regarding case status.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Help move applications efficiently from submission to completion.
