Osaic is seeking a Case Manager for Highland Capital Brokerage. This remote-friendly role supports life, LTC and DI applications, serving as a liaison among agents, VP’s, and carriers. You will review apps, manage requirements, and facilitate communication to ensure timely, accurate processing.

The position emphasizes strong underwriting knowledge, examination review, and the ability to navigate carrier guidelines, while coordinating with internal teams in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Brokerage New Business, General Agency or Life Insurance company experience.
• Industry designations (e.g. NAiLBA Case Management certs) are a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and manage busy workload.

Responsibilities

• Review Life Applications for completeness and notify missing items.
• Verify telephone/personal history interviews and inspections are ordered when needed.
• Review exam and non-medical requirements to determine risk class.
