Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified inbound leads (no cold calls).
- Review existing coverage and offer tailored recommendations.
- Present personalized insurance solutions via phone consultations.
- Clearly communicate policy benefits, terms, and coverage options in easy-to-understand language.
- Complete digital applications and maintain accurate client records.
- Use provided tools to manage and track all client interactions.
- Focus on building trust and helping clients make confident insurance decisions.
