AYS Group is seeking Remote Life Insurance Agents to join as 1099 independent contractors. You will work 100% remotely with warm leads, flexible scheduling, and a high earning potential through commissions.

Responsibilities include contacting leads, conducting virtual consultations, presenting coverage options, guiding applicants, and maintaining your pipeline. Licensing and strong communication skills are essential; self-motivation and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Reliable internet and computer access
• Sales experience preferred but not required
