AYS Group is seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to join as Remote Life Insurance Agents. This 1099 independent contractor position includes warm leads, flexible scheduling, and unlimited earning potential.

You will contact warm, pre-qualified leads, conduct virtual consultations, present life insurance options, guide clients through the application, and follow up to manage your sales pipeline with ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and performance-driven.
• Reliable internet and computer access.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling).
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs.
• Present life insurance coverage options.
