Qualificações

• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and building rapport.
• Caring, patient, and focused on doing what’s right for the client.
• Confident handling objections and asking for the sale.
• Motivated by goals and performance with a coachable mindset.
• Persistent and resilient with a long-term career focus.
• Willing to obtain multi-state licenses and maintain them.
• Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus; work ethic matters most.

Responsabilidades

• Take inbound calls from prospective life insurance clients.
• Build rapport and identify each client’s needs.
• Explain life insurance options clearly and provide quotes.
• Recommend appropriate coverage and guide through the application.
• Handle questions, overcome objections, and follow up.
• Ask for the sale and close deals; maintain records.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet production goals.
