In this remote role, you’ll engage clients through telesales and Zoom, with compensation that starts high at 70% and can reach 140% as you grow, plus ongoing training and back-office CRM support to help you close more

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• No degree required to start.
• Must be willing to complete licensing (if not already licensed).

Responsibilities

• Engage clients via telesales and Zoom video calls.
• Build and manage client relationships to close policies.
• Coordinate with licensing team for accelerated pathways.
• Utilize CRM for lead and activity tracking.
