Job summary

Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a remote, commission-based role with a flexible schedule. You will meet with clients virtually, build relationships, and educate families on life insurance products while following a proven sales system used by 1,000+ agents nationwide.

On onboarding you receive comprehensive training, one-on-one coaching, and opportunities for leadership development within a performance-based compensation structure.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
