Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is seeking life insurance agents for a long-term home. This fully remote sales role offers industry-leading compensation and the proven system that built Equis into a $40M/year agency in less than a decade.

You’ll meet with prospective clients virtually, receive onboarding and ongoing mentorship, and have access to leadership development opportunities as you build your practice nationwide.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
